Ⅰ. 단순변심에 의한 반품
① 절차
물품 수령 후 7일 이내 유선(02-878-1307)으로 반품 의사를 표시하면, 수험서몰에서 해당 상품의 반송요청을 로젠택배를 이용해서 진행 합니다. 반송 시 파손되지 않도록 잘 포장해서 로젠택배 기사가 수거 방문 시 보내시면 됩니다. 단, 랩핑도서의 경우 포장을 파손하신 때에는 반품이 불가합니다.
② 비용
배송비를 면제 받으신 경우는 왕복배송비 5,000원, 배송비를 결제하신 경우는 반품 배송비 2,500원을 부담하셔야 합니다.
③ 환불
반품상품 입고 후 상태를 확인하고 결제하신 대금에서 비용을 제한 차액을 신용카드와 실시간계좌이체의 경우는 구매 시 사용한 결제수단으로 부분취소 하고, 무통장(가상계좌) 입금의 경우는 당해 주 수요일 입금해드립니다.

Ⅱ. 제품의 원시적인 하자에 의한 반품 또는 교환
① 절차

③ 환불
교환 시는 반송도서의 하자를 확인한 후 새 제품으로 발송해드립니다. 환불 요청 시는 반송도서의 하자를 확인한 후 결제금액 전액을 신용카드와 실시간계좌이체의 경우는 구매 시 사용한 결제수단으로 부분취소 하고, 무통장(가상계좌) 입금의 경우는 당해 주 수요일 입금해드립니다.
